During clean up campaign, Nepal collected 3000 kg garbage from Mt Everest

Nepal launched a clean-up campaign on 14th April with Nepali New Year, and since then it has collected a total of 3000 kg of solid waste from the Mt Everest. The campaign was started with the aim to clean the world's highest peak which has lately turned into a garbage dump and collect 10,000 kg of garbage. Out of 3000 kg, 2000 kg of garbage has been sent to Okhaldhunga while the remaining has been sent for disposal.
