Earthquakes shake Jharkhand and Karnataka at same time, Karnataka says it was a false alert

After shaking Delhi, An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 on the Richter Scale hit Jamshedpur in Jharkhand on Friday morning at 06:55 am, as per the National Center for Seismology. While tremors with magnitude of 4.0 on the Richter Scale hit Hampi in Karnataka today at the same time. However, Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre clarified that there was no earthquake in Hampi and it was a false alarm by the software.
