Eighth round of India Sri Lanka bilateral maritime exercise kicks off

The Indian Navy and Sri Lankan Navy kicked off the eighth round of bilateral maritime exercise SLINEX-20. The exercise will happen from October 19 to 21. “Indigenously built ASW corvettes Kamorta and Kiltan under the command of Rear Admiral Sanjay Vatsayan, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet, will represent the Indian Navy," the Defence Ministry said. Indian Navy Advanced Light Helicopter is also participating in the exercise.
