"Ensure safe passage and emergency treatment for injured": Delhi HC directs police

A midnight hearing was held at the Delhi High Court in the wake of the violence in different areas of the National capital. The High Court directed Delhi Police to ensure safe passage and emergency treatment for those injured in the violence. A bench of Justices S Muralidhar and Anup J Bhambhani directed Delhi Police to deploy all resources to ensure this. The bench also called for a compliance report.
