Every 4th patient at AIIMS dissatisfied, 25% not happy with ENT services: Survey

A survey has revealed that every 4th patient visiting AIIMS is disappointed with the treatment they are getting and other facilities at the premier institute. It revealed that nearly 28% of patients were dissatisfied with the treatment offered at its emergency & surgery departments while 25% did not like the services at the ENT department. It also revealed that 23% were unhappy with the overall treatment & other facilities.
