Tony Abbott, former Australian PM posted a picture of his boarding pass for his flight from Sydney to Tokyo on 21 March on his Instagram handle and was hacked. Hacker Alex Hope had uncovered Mr Abbott's details from his Qantas boarding pass within 45 minutes. He then spent months trying to contact him to alert him of the security breach. The hacker could get Abbott's info as his booking reference was printed on the pass.
