The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology has given microblogging platform Twitter to explain the grounds on which the accounts of IT minister Ravishankar Prasad and Congress leader Shashi Tharoor were lock temporarily on June 26. As per the sources, Shashi Tharoor-led parliamentary panel has asked the Lok Sabha Secretariat to seek a written response from the microblogging platform within 48 hours.
