Boeing 737 Max planes may have faulty parts that should be replaced: U.S. regulators

Another safety issue has hit Boeing's troubled 737 Max model as it revealed that some aircraft parts were improperly manufactured & would need replacements. The company told the US FAA that up to 148 leading edge slat tracks which allow it to operate at a higher angle of attack had defects. A Boeing sub-tier supplier produced all the faulty parts. It could affect up to 133 NG & 179 Max planes worldwide.
