Facebook sues South Korean firm 'Rankwave' over data misuse

Facebook is suing South Korean analytics firm Rankwave over alleged abuse of its developer platform, accuses of unlawfully using data to sell marketing & advertising. FB wanted to audit the firm's activities to see if user data was potentially obtained & sold. But, Rankwave refused to cooperate with a compliance check regarding how it used FB's data. Fb says the firm has harmed its reputation & public trust.
