Social media giant Facebook has said it will restrict the advertisers from targetting users under 18 years based on their activity on other sites. Facebook said it will make no changes in the policy of data collection of users. The firm further said that Instagram users under 16 years will have a private account by default when they join the platform. These users, however, will have the option to switch to a public account.
