An RTI was filed by a journalist seeking the information about the names of the firms, individuals and actions taken against the information on black money shared by Switzerland. The reply to the RTI from the Finance Ministry stated that the information on the black money shared by Switzerland could not be revealed citing confidentiality. It further said that details are being shared on a case to case basis.
