The first case of coronavirus disease-induced brain nerve damage has been reported from the New Delhi-based All India Institute of Medical Sciences. The victim is an 11-year-old girl child. She also suffered from a blurred vision following the brain nerve damage. “This girl had come to us with a loss of vision. The MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) showed ADS, which is a new manifestation," said Dr. Sheffali Gulati from AIIMS.
