First time, UPSC candidates to get “Withdraw” option

In a crucial step, for the very first time candidates who are appearing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams will be able to withdraw their applications if they are not prepared for the exam. The exam is highly competitive and UPSC allows limited number of attempts and that is why this step will be beneficial. However, the application fee will not be refunded after withdrawing their names.
