Former CBI director Ranjit Sinha passes away due to Covid-related complications in Delhi at 68

Former Central Bureau of Investigation director Ranjit Sinha breathed his last in Delhi on Friday morning at the age of 68. The former CBI chief reportedly passed away due to Covid-19-related complications. He was a retired officer of the 1974 batch of the Indian Police Service. He had also served as the director-general of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police. He had also served as the Railway Protection Force chief.
