Former J&K IAS officer Shah Faesal booked under PSA

Former IAS officer and head of Jammu & Kashmir People's Movement (JKPM) party Shah Faesal has been booked under Public Safety Act (PSA). Faesal has been in preventive custody under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) Since August 14 last year. He was detained and later shifted to the MLA hostel in Srinagar. However, it is not clear if Faesal will be shifted to home or kept in the MLA hostel sub-jail.
