Former RAW Chief AS Dulat says he thinks the Pulwama attack to be a gift to BJP or PM Modi due to the upcoming elections & it's alright to carry out the surgical strikes on terror camp in deep inside Pak. He also said nationalism is alright broadly but may not be good narrowly; nationalism can lead to war, wrecking Patriotism. He praised NZ PM for her 'they are us' comments after the attacks; that's an example for the world.
