Foundation stones of nine highway projects in Tripura laid by Nitin Gadkari

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stones of nine highway projects in Tripura. The highways will be built at over Rs 2,752 crore. The nine highways will cover a total distance of nearly 262 km, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said. These road constructions are expected to "generate a large number of employment and self-employment opportunities" in the entire region.
