Four French cops booked, 2 held for beating Black man in Paris

French authorities have booked four police officials in connection with the beating of a black man in Paris. Two officials have been arrested as well. Three of the cops were charged with "willful violence by a person holding public authority" and "forgery" by a magistrate. Music producer Michel Zecler was repeatedly beaten by three cops in an apparent display of racial abuse. A video of the incident went viral.
