Gang in China, caused loss of billion dollars to Apple

A gang of thieves was buying or stealing iPhones and removing all the important parts like CPU and logic boards. After removing they replaced them with fake parts, a report stated on Monday. Many of the ex-employees were also familiar with the fraud. They then used to go to the Apple stores and ask for replacement stating any reason. Apple said that 60% of the warranty repairs in China and HK were fake.
