Gartner Inc predicted that by 2023, 75% of huge firms would hire AI behavior forensic experts to reduce brand & reputation risk. Gartner's VP said that new tools & skills are needed to help organizations identify the potential source of bias, build more trust in using AI models & reduce corporate brand and reputation risk. Firms like Facebook, Google, Bank of America, MassMutual & NASA have appointed AI experts already.
