Give priority to younger people while treating Black Fungus: Delhi High Court tells centre

As hospitals across the country face a shortage of Liposomal Amphotericin B, a drug used for the treatment of black fungus, the Delhi High Court has asked the Centre to frame the policy on the distribution of the drug. The court told the centre to give priority to younger people and those with better chances of survival. "80-year olds are not going to carry this country forward. They have lived their lives," the court argued.
