Gobind Singh Deo- Malaysia’s 1st Sikh cabinet minister

An Indian origin Sikh politician, Gobind Singh Deo has become Malaysia’s 1st cabinet minister from the minority community in the country. He’s been given the communication and multimedia portfolio and he will represent the Puchong constituency in the parliament. Apart from Deo, the 2nd Indian origin lawmaker is M Kulasegaran from Democratic action party, who has been made the HR minister.
