Google employee behind anti-diversity manifesto fired

Google has fired an employee who wrote an internal memo, claiming men are biologically more well-suited for working in the tech industry than women. James Damore, the engineer who wrote the memo, confirmed his dismissal. According to CEO Sundar Pichai, "much of what was in that memo is fair to debate", but "to suggest a group of colleagues have traits that make them less biologically-suited to work is offensive and not OK".
