Tech Giant “Google” alert service has been under the scanner in New Zealand. The company has suspended the alert service as per their latest statement. Criticism was due to leaking the name of a murder suspect in subject lines of alert email services and also sending it across to hundreds of users in the country. Government officials and even NZ PM Jacinda Ardern expressed anger over the situation.
