Government to build a toilet for couples who post a Karvachauth selfie in Sambhal District

The Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, has asked residents who cannot afford personal toilets to post a Karva Chauth selfie. The officer has promised that the government will build a toilet for those couples under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Having a personal toilet is still a luxury for many families in India so, this move is highly appreciable and will help India in eradicating open-defecation completely.
