Greatest Dutch statesman's lost diary found after 200 years-It's a little miracle
Johan van Oldenbarnevelt is the greatest Dutch statesman, one of the founding fathers who helped liberate the Netherlands from Spanish rule. For the last 200 years, the whereabouts of his diary chronicling his final months before he was beheaded was a mystery. A few months ago a guy who sells antique books made contact with Lydia, curator of Flehite museum in Amersfoort. She said its a little miracle.
