As India entered into the second day of the countrywide lockdown to break the chain of the coronavirus outbreak, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the grocery stores in the national capital will be allowed to operate 24 hours a day, during the 21-day lockdown. The decision was made to address the widespread confusion and panic over availability of essential goods - such as milk, bread, fruits and vegetables.
