There is an ‘India Rich List 2018’ shared by the Barclays Hurun, which says that Maharashtra is the state in which the maximum number of rich Indians lives. As per the list, rich Indians are those who have a wealth of at least Rs 1000 Cr. Maharashtra constitutes of 271 rich individuals whose combined wealth is of Rs 21.14L Cr which is nearly 42.7% of India. Delhi is at 2nd place and Karnataka is at 3rd place in the list.
