Haryana tops list of road accidents in 2018, followed by Telengana

According to official government data, the number of road accidents have increased to 1.49 lakh from 2017 to 2018 and Haryana has topped the list of deaths per lakh with 5,118 people dying in these accidents. Telangana has come to the second spot in the list. UP and Gujarat have registered highest increase in the number of road accidents while Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Goa, and Puducherry put some checks on it.
