Health Ministry says four more Covid vaccines being developed in India

Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said in a press conference that four more Covid-19 vaccines are being developed in India. Zydus Cadila, Sputnik V, Biological E and Gennova are the four firms developing Covid vaccines. "In the coming days, you may see some of these vaccines too approaching the drug controller for emergency use authorisation," Mr. Bhushan said. Zydus Cadila has already completed Phase 2 clinical trials.
