In yet another incidence of attack against health workers, a team of health workers who were trying to take a COVID-19 patient to a hospital was attacked with stones and chased by locals in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The incident happened in the Mohiddinpur area of Meerut on Saturday. The team had gone to the area to get a 30-year-old man who tested positive for COVID-19. One of the workers was held captive by the villagers.
