Heavy rains and windstorm in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 9 dead, 17 injured

As many as 9 people lost their lives whereas over 17 people got injured after heavy rains and windstorms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in northwest Pakistan. The districts that were most affected by the heavy rainfall included Chitral, Dir, Mansehra and Swat, where four people lost their lives whereas at least 17 people got injured. The district administrations have been ordered to bolster the relief activities.
