Why Supreme Court is delivering Ayodhya verdict on Saturday?

The Supreme Court is going to deliver the verdict in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case of Ayodhya on Saturday at 10.30 a.m. CJI Ranjan Gogoi is retiring on November 17 which is on Sunday. Important decisions are not delivered on Sunday and CJI Gogoi's last working day is on Nov 15 and if the court delivers the verdict on Nov 13, 14 he won't be able to review the defendants' requests if any. That's why Nov 9, Saturday was selected.
