US, Britain and Australia have warned amid thousands of people flocking the airport that there is a "high threat" of a terror attack. "Do not travel to Kabul Hamid Karzai International Airport. If you're in the area of the airport, move to a safe location and await further advice," Australia's department of foreign affairs said. The US State Department asked those at the Abbey Gate, East Gate, or North Gate to leave immediately.
