Hindi Sign boards smeared with Black Ink at Trichy & several other parts of TN

Tamil Nadu has strongly opposed the move, the draft released suggesting Hindi be made as a mandatory 3rd language in non-Hindi speaking states. The opposition has grown s strong that Hindi text on the name boards of various government establishments in TN's Trichy was smeared with black ink. Unidentified miscreants painted signboards & signages including Trichy airport, BSNL office, Post office with black ink.
