Afghanistan's acting president Amrullah Saleh said the humanitarian situation in Andarab valley is dire while adding that the Taliban aren't allowing food and fuel to get into the valley. Saleh said this amid reports of clashes between the insurgent group and the resistance forces. "Since the last two days Talibs abduct children & elderly and use them as shields to move around or do house search," Saleh wrote in his tweet.
