A $120,000 artwork of a banana duct-taped to a wall was eaten by a performance artist Saturday afternoon. David Datuna uploaded a video of his surprising gastronomical action, saying it was an "art performance" he has named "Hungry Artist." The banana piece, "Comedian" created by Maurizio Cattelan, was on public display at the annual showcase Art Basel in Miami Beach, and it was supposed to run through Sunday.
