As per environment NGO Greenpeace report, around 1.2 million people were killed in India in 2017 due to air pollution, and Delhi was the most polluted cities in the world. Discrediting the global report, The Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Harsh Vardhan said such studies are only aimed at “causing panic”. I do not agree with this dats because pollution can cause premature illness and other things, he added.
