IAF officer's wife booked for negligence after her dog bites a dentist

The incident took place in Sector 24 on Thursday evening when the woman was out for an evening with her dog, and so was the man (victim). Mr. Rajat Sharma, a dentist by profession, complained that the woman's dog tried to attack his Labrador when he tried to save, the German Shepherd bit his right hand. When he cautioned the woman to check her dog, she instead laughed at him and unshackled her dog, which leaped towards me.
