IBM has apologized after one of its recruitment websites used racially insensitive terms to identify themselves. Caucasian, Black, Yellow and Mulatto were some of the terms used in the webpage that the job seekers need to choose from. Last week a New-York based job applicant highlighted this issue by posting a video on Twitter. IBM said they were not aware of this issue and would like to apologize for it.
