According to the latest study by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the risk of death in moderate and severe Covid-19 patients may not reduce even after undergoing convalescent plasma (CP) therapy. The study also revealed that the progression of the infection is not reduced after plasma therapy. The study was named ‘Convalescent plasma in the management of moderate COVID-19 in India'.
