Abdur Rehman, head of the investigation wing of the Maharashtra Human Rights Commission, resigned over the Citizenship Amendment Bill. This bill discriminates against people belonging to the Muslim community, tweet Rehman. He condemned the bill and as a part of civil disobedience he has decided to quit his job. Moreover, its been 21 years since Rehman was working in different places in Maharashtra.
