Immunity against coronavirus may remain for at least 5 months: Study

According to a study conducted by the researchers from the University of Arizona, the immunity against the novel coronavirus may last for at least 5 months. The team of researchers was led by an Indian-origin researcher. A sample of nearly 6,000 people infected with the novel coronavirus was studied by the researchers. As per the study, the antibodies produced by the immune system appear in blood tests within 14 days of infection.
