India moved up 8 places in 2020 Global Talent Competitiveness Index

India moved up 8 spots to the 72nd position in the 2020 Global Talent Competitiveness Index which ranks countries based on their ability to grow, attract & retain talent. Switzerland tops the list followed by US & Singapore. Sweden was at 4th place, Denmark 5th, Netherlands 6th, Finland 7th, Luxembourg 8th, Norway 9th & Australia 10th. Report noted that gap between high income, talent-rich nations & rest of the world is widening.
