India poses a bigger climate problem than China, Bloomberg on reducing carbon emissions

According to Michael Bloomberg, India poses a bigger problem than China, when it comes to fighting climate change, especially on reducing carbon emmisions. However, media reports differ from what Bloomberg said. China's carbon dioxide output is 27.2 percent of the global output, while India's is only 6.8 percent. According to the Global Carbon Project that reports on CO2 emissions, China poses a bigger climate threat.
