IAF receives first Rafale fighter jet from Dassault Aviation in France

Yesterday, Deputy Chief Air Marshal Chaudhary during his visit to France received India's first ‘acceptance’ Rafale combat aircraft from Dassault Aviation. This was first of 36 Rafale fighter jets from France which India received. Reportedly, Chaudhary also flew in the aircraft for around one hour. IAF will officially receive the delivery on October 8, which is also the Indian Air Force Day.
