India report record spike of 64,399 new coronavirus cases on Sunday. The number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in India has crossed 21 lakh. The death toll rose to 43,379 with 861 new fatalities on Monday, the number of active cases stands at 6,28,747 while 14,80,884 people have recovered, according to Union Health Ministry data. Maharashtra reported over 12,000 cases on Saturday.
