India slams USCIRF for irresponsible remark over Delhi violence

Expressing concern over the clashes in Delhi, The US Commission on International Religious Freedom said that the Indian government should provide protection to people regardless of their faith amid reports of attack on Muslims. Reacting over the same, India, today slammed the remarks made by the USCIRF calling it factually inappropriate and misleading, accusing it of politicising the issue.
