India to have body size chart soon

India is all set to have its own body size chart by 2021 and for that, the measurement survey has already started taking places in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Shillong, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, in collaboration with NIFT, Delhi under the aegis of the ministry of textiles. This would be a scientific process and using a 3D scanner on more than 25,000 people the database of measurement will be prepared.
