Indian engineer felicitated at Sci-Tech Oscar awards

Vikas Sathaye, an Indian who grew up in Mulund, Mumbai has been awarded the scientific and engineering award for the concept, design, engineering and implementation of the Shotover K1 Camera System, at the Oscars 2018 Scientific and Technical Awards on Saturday. Sathaye did his BE in electronics from VIT Pune, and an MTech in instrumentation from IISc before relocating to Queenstown, New Zealand.
